Doubletree By Hilton offers exceptional convenience with its prime location directly across from Universal. The warm cookies on arrival were a delightful touch. Despite some minor issues with room cleanliness, the attentive staff and multiple late-night dining options made our stay enjoyable. Will return!

The pool area was a total dream with a huge swimming pool and a hot tub to relax in. I loved being just a short walk away from the excitement of Universal Studios. Plus, having a Starbucks right on site was a game-changer for my morning pick-me-up!

The kids had a blast at the theme park, plenty of rides and games. The food court had options for everyone, and we never went hungry.

The heating and air conditioning worked well, keeping us comfortable regardless of the outside weather. We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, perfect for a morning pick-me-up before heading out to Universal Studios. One of the highlights for us was the lovely garden furniture in the courtyard. It was a relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment amidst the hustle and bustle of the theme park adventures. the AM/FM alarm clock helped us wake up on time for our early morning plans. we did encounter some areas that could use improvement. The cleanliness of the room was lacking, with visible stains on sheets and towels. It was also challenging to get in touch with the front desk for extra towels, and the sink in our room was clogged for most of our stay. the daily parking fee was steep, and the parking scanner at the garage entrance was finicky, causing delays when entering or exiting. The front desk staff could have been more welcoming and attentive, as their demeanor seemed indifferent during our interactions. while there were some drawbacks, the Doubletree's convenient location and a range of amenities like car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services definitely added value to our stay.

The room was spacious with a decent view of the theme park. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep most nights. the AC unit was quite loud, disrupting our sleep frequently. The shower had some mold around the tiles, which could be improved for cleanliness. I appreciated the room key feature on the app, making access convenient. The amenities were impressive, but the cleanliness of carpets and upholstery could use attention. features were great, but certain aspects fell short of the expected standards.

Housekeeping was consistent, but I encountered some uncomfortable racial dynamics with both staff and guests. The laundry machines? Total disappointment. The shuttles to Universal are convenient, though they could run more often. Breakfast was delicious, but the check-in mishap with vouchers was a hassle. Parking was a nightmare; you'll want to arrive early or pay for valet. Despite some attractions on-site, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a more updated and welcoming experience.

The hotel's proximity to Universal Studios is fantastic, with the park entrance just a short stroll away, allowing for easy access to all the thrilling rides and magical experiences; additionally, there are great food options just downstairs, including a Starbucks for quick coffee runs and several restaurants perfect for post-exploration dinners, all while the spacious and comfortable rooms ensured a relaxing stay after my adventure-filled days. However, it would be nice if the staff were a bit more attentive and efficient during check-in.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure! The hotel activity desk helped us plan our days full of thrills and spills, and we were just a hop, skip, and jump away from the parks, making it super convenient for our spontaneous adventures.
Would've loved to see more late-night hangout spots near the hotel for us party animals to keep the fun going after the park closes! .

Had a nice view from the high, level room and enjoyed the convenience of being close to Universal Studios. The property offered various amenities like Starbucks, pizza, bars, and laundry services on, site. Plenty of room space and a pleasant year, round pool.
Room cleanliness wasn't up to par initially, with hair on the bathroom floor and vomit, like substance on the toilet. The beds were uncomfortable, and the air conditioning made water sounds.

The location was fantastic, right by the entrance to Universal Studios, and had plenty of nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance. The free shuttle service, when booked in advance, made getting to the park a breeze. Additionally, the spacious parking area was convenient for those driving in for the New Year celebrations.
The check-in process was a bit chaotic, with long wait times and inexperienced staff causing delays. The room furniture and carpets seemed worn out, and cleanliness was lacking, with stained bedding and rusty silverware.

I chose Doubletree By Hilton for its unrivaled location near Universal Studios Orlando and the free shuttle service. The countless signature features and services, including the 24-hour front desk, pleasantly surprised me. I enjoyed the Starbucks and Uno Express Pizza with a non-chain bar and restaurant for dinner.

We had a fantastic spur of the moment trip with our family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy walking access to Universal Studios and CityWalk. The warm cookies at check-in were a delightful touch, and the staff were extremely friendly, especially those assisting with the cars out front. The lobby was stunning, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also loved the view of Universal Studios from our room, where we could see fireworks and sunsets. The free hotel shuttle service to Universal was a great bonus, and the Olympic size pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The staff, particularly the bell hops, were very accommodating and held our luggage after check-out. Joey was particularly helpful with our bags and waiting with us for an Uber taxi driver. The hotel also had convenient walking distance to various restaurant options, with excellent food at the Ale House and Palm Court cafe. we had a great experience and appreciated the extra time given for check-out.
Encountering one unpleasant and unhelpful staff member at the ticket counter. Her directions to the park and walk-off time were incorrect, and she was rude and abrupt in her responses.

the hotel was clean and very close to universal - even though it's a bit of a walk. we found great restaurants nearby. the staff were so friendly and helpful. oh, and the on-site restaurant had amazing food!

we had a nice stay at Doubletree By Hilton. the hot cookies were a nice touch, and the king size bed was super comfy. the spacious room was a plus, and we enjoyed the fantastic food in the restaurant with friendly service. the location was excellent, just a short distance from Universal Studios and with a Starbucks nearby.

Comfortable beds and pillows made for a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect for walking to Universal Studios. The staff's helpfulness and friendliness added to my pleasant stay. I'll recommend this hotel.
